Return Policy – Rooted in Royalty
At Rooted in Royalty, we stand behind the quality and integrity of every bundle, wig, and accessory we offer. Each product is crafted with care, honoring the beauty, heritage, and strength of our community. Because of the intimate nature of our products, we have created a return policy that protects both our customers and the high standards we uphold.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Include all tags, labels, and protective netting (if applicable)
- Be free of any alterations, wear, or damage
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny any return that fails to meet our quality checks.
Final Sale Items
Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns on:
- Custom-colored or styled wigs
- Bundles that have been unwrapped or tampered with
- Clearance or promotional sale items
All custom orders are final sale.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Store Credit
Approved returns will be processed as store credit, issued via digital gift card within 5–7 business days of receipt. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future Rooted in Royalty purchase.
