Empowering Queens: How Rooted in Royalty Uplifts Black Women and Fuels Futures in STEM

👑 Our Mission:

Empower, Elevate, and Inspire

At Rooted in Royalty, we believe Black women are powerful, brilliant, and worthy of spaces that honor their excellence. Our mission is to empower Black women through representation, community, and opportunity—because we are not just surviving; we are thriving and changing the world.

Whether you're leading in the boardroom, innovating in the lab, or nurturing your roots at home, Rooted in Royalty is here to affirm your identity, uplift your spirit, and walk beside you every step of your journey.

💡 Investing in the Future: Supporting Black Women in STEM

Representation matters—especially in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), where Black women remain drastically underrepresented. That’s why we’re proud to put our mission into action in a tangible way.

Each year, a portion of all Rooted in Royalty profits is donated to a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) to fund a scholarship specifically for Black women pursuing STEM degrees.

This is more than charity—it's about creating a pipeline of empowered, educated, and equipped women who will transform industries and communities.

🧪 The Power of Representation

Take a look at the image above—what do you see?

A Black woman in a lab coat. A leader. A scientist. A game-changer.

Images like this are rare in mainstream media, but they shouldn’t be. When Black girls see women who look like them conducting research, solving problems, and making discoveries, they begin to believe: "I can do that too."

Rooted in Royalty uplifts these visual narratives. We are intentional about celebrating the stories of Black women in all fields, especially those where our voices are often silenced.

🎓 Why HBCUs and Why STEM?

Historically Black Colleges and Universities have always been pillars of excellence and safe havens of Black intellect. They foster belonging, resilience, and academic success for students who often face systemic barriers elsewhere.

STEM fields, though rich in opportunity, are often closed off to Black women through gatekeeping, underfunding, and lack of mentorship. By directing scholarships to this intersection, we are bridging the gap and planting seeds for exponential growth.

🌱 Join the Movement

When you support Rooted in Royalty, you're not just buying a product—you’re buying into a vision of equity, excellence, and empowerment. You're helping a young woman go to college. You're funding her lab experiments. You're telling her, "You belong here."

So rock your crown, wear your purpose, and know that your purchase funds progress.
